Refund & Returns Policy

As all of our products are bespoke, personalised and handmade to order, we do not accept any returns/refunds.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order—including if your order has arrived damaged during shipping—please email us within 5 days of delivery, including a couple of pictures, at hello@forever-ever.co.uk and we are more than happy to work on a resolution. This may require a full reprint of your order.

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted with a new effective date.
